Offshore vessel Superintendent/Manager, Client's Marine Representative, Warranty surveyor, Project Mariner and MODU rig mover in all types of offshore vessels and barges, AHTS, DP (NI DP cert since 1988), DSV, ROV & Survey vessels. Experienced on construction, jacket installation, pipe and cable lay, inspection, survey, diving, conversion and high value/heavy lift load out projects.

Tony Booker provides Ship and Cargo survey services both onshore and offshore, to Ship-owners, Charterers, Insurers, Forwarders, P&I Clubs, Port Authorities, Flag states, Oil Companies, Underwriters, Cargo shippers and receivers' interests.
