A marine superintendent, Warranty surveyor for MODU rigmoves. A vessel surveyor, inspector and auditor specializing in offshore & Dynamic Positioning (DP) vessels, MODUs, DSV, ROV & Survey vessels, Passenger ships, Ferries, Fast craft and General cargo vessels..

An approved Government Nautical Inspector & Casualty and Accident Investigator to six Maritime Authorities; Bahamas, Malta, Barbados, Belize, Vanuatu and Panama Flags . I carry out Statutory and Annual Nautical Inspections on a variety of vessels specializing in passenger, cruise, ferries, fast craft, offshore vessel. I regularly attend and inspect major passenger vessels, interfacing with management, on board staff and passengers.

Tony Booker is a member of the British Association of Cargo Surveyors (BACS), the Nautical Institute (MNI) and an appointed Flag State Nautical Inspector and Marine Casualty and Accident Investigator.

Tony Booker provides Ship and Cargo survey services and Marine and Offshore Consultancy, both onshore and offshore, to Ship-owners, Charterers, Insurers, Forwarders, P&I Clubs, Port Authorities, Flag states, Oil Companies, Underwriters, Cargo shippers and receivers' interests.
