Tony Booker formed Booker Associates and Booker Maritime Limited in 1989 to service the marine and offshore industry.

An Onshore and Offshore Marine Superintendent, Client's Representative, Marine Manager & Consultant since 1989

A Master Mariner, Marine Manager & Offshore Consultant with broad management, command and shore based experience, as a vessel manager & offshore project mariner and consultant.  Commercially orientated, a team builder and leader who enjoys overcoming challenges and achieving goals. Analytical and able to formulate and implement solutions.  A communicator, comfortable interacting with customers and staff at all levels.  Offshore vessel Superintendent/Manager, Client's Marine Representative, Warranty surveyor, Project Mariner and MODU rig mover in all  types of offshore vessels and barges, AHTS, DP (NI DP cert since 1988), DSV, ROV & Survey vessels. Experienced on construction, jacket installation, pipe and cable lay, inspection, survey, diving, conversion and high value/heavy lift load out projects.

An approved Flag State Nautical Inspector and Marine Casualty and Accident Investigator to five Maritime Authorities; Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Vanuatu and Panama Flags. I carry out Statutory & Annual Nautical Inspections and casualty investigations on a variety of vessels specializing in offshore, passenger, cruise, ferries and fast craft. I regularly attend and inspect major passenger vessels, interfacing with management, on board staff and passengers. 

Tony Booker is a member of the British Association of Cargo Surveyors (BACS), the Nautical Institute (MNI). Tony Booker provides Ship and Cargo survey services both onshore and offshore, to Ship-owners, Charterers, Insurers, Forwarders, P&I Clubs, Port Authorities, Flag states, Oil Companies, Underwriters, Cargo shippers and receivers' interests.
